Settling In
I’ve moved. Again. I’ve landed on my feet. Again. But I’m not a cat with nine lives, I’m a human with one.
My skeleton is tired. But I’m standing at my work desk right now. Grateful to have a job that let’s me sit, stand, walk, and play.
For a while, I’ve been teaching yoga on the beach at 8am. I first started in front of Ocho - but there was a crocodile. And then in front of where Tabu is now but too many men looked at the butts. And now I teach at 8am in front of El Be Club which is quite perfect because it’s flat, shaded, roped off from behind, and has an amazing view of the fallen tree from 2017.
So I’m still teaching yoga on the beach in Tamarindo at 8am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. And I still bring extra mats in case folks come that I wasn’t expecting. But if you book ahead of time I’ll always bring you a mat (it’s included, I promise).
And I just got back from vacation. So Tamarindo is in a transition time too. The August of school almost starting and the rains coming back after a little summer.
So if you’re in Tamarindo, come to beach yoga at 8am (no Sundays ever) and if you’re not in Tamarindo (yet) maybe I’ll see you in a yoga class somewhere. xoxo
