I Made a Reel About Thoughts on Instagram
Thoughts are randomly created by your subconscience and then you get to pick which thought to pay attention to or which thought to let pass by like a cloud. Something to have noticed but nothing to have paid attention to.
So, yogis. Practice paying attention to your thoughts. And then, pause and ask if you should choose again.
Mindfulness is simply paying attention to your thoughts as the observer, not necessarily the thinker.

You get good at whatever you do. Actions. Because your thoughts are not always accurate and could be harmful if followed through on.
An intrusive thoughts is just a thought that might go south shall they say.
So if your subconscience can create around 9000 thoughts a day and not all of them are good for you which ones would you actually try to grab onto and keep going with?
Because you get to choose. If you pay attention and are discenerning I think you can choose which thought to follow. And then, you can practice thinking about plan to create a future timeline.
So -knowing that a. all thoughts are pretty random b. you can be discerning with selecting a thought and then c. only action will bring the choosen thought into the present moment otherwise it’s continues to be an unacted upon thought and thoughts can recur. Of course they can. So keep choosing the thought that you think is best for you in the moment I suppose.
