How to Protect Your Energy

I am a yoga teacher that cues from the skeleton and that’s just one of eleven organ systems you have in your body.

Another organ system is your respiratory system.

Did you know that you breathing system has two sides and they are trying to alternate between dominant and non-dominant every two minutes, or so?

And that’s about the same amount of time you are suppose to feel an emotion for. After that time, you are either remembering a moment in the past or hypothesizing about the future.

You can always come back to your present moment by: what’s one thing that you can see with your eyes?

And the other four physical senses are smell, taste, hearing, and skin sensation.

What emotion do you choose to feel of more in your future?

And I have learned to choose Joyful or Playful from the list of emotions.
