You Get to Start Over

But you don’t have to.

If you woke up today, you have another opportunity to make a change. But what kind of change do you need to make?

I would start with getting quiet and pay attention to your thoughts.

If you woke up, your physical body, which houses your brain, has just gone through processing your subconscious thoughts while you slept.

So when you wake up, go quiet and pay attention to your thoughts. Meditate.

And then, select one thought to focus on more than the others. Take a moment to repeat this thought in your head and create a mantra for your day.

Keep this mantra as a “north star” for your words - and just for today.

Allow your other thoughts to pass by - like clouds in the sky. The other thoughts exist but you don’t hold on to them. Continue to repeat your mantra.

Write down one action item that will bring your mantra into the physical world where your physical body exists.

Take this action today. Create your reality - one thought -> word -> action - repeated daily.
