I have been teaching yoga classes since 2017 and I feel pretty confident about it. And still, I keep receiving feedback and I do want to improve for my future classes and retreats.


My therapist told me - “We all relate to each other in memory.” Because either you’re with them right now and you can change the story in your head about them or you were with them in the past and maybe they have changed since you last were with them.

I mean, it makes sense in my head, what if I knew you back in 2008 or 2018 (or maybe I haven’t even met you yet) - are you the same person? No, obviously no. So then, if change happens (period) you could be intentional about which emotion you want to feel more of in the future.

Which memory of which emotion can you go back and access in your memory bank?

This is what we will practice while you are on a weeklong women’s retreat with me in 2025.

And you’re going to be present for many new memories in the future before October and April and even the March 2025 retreat.

From the three examples in the title - which are all valid emotions you are meant to feel in your life - which one do you choose from intentionally?
