Yoga & Meditation Retreat for Women in April 2025

We’ll stay together in a house in Tamarindo and eat meals, do yoga, meditate, have reiki sessions, and get a massage. Also, there will be lots of free time to choose from add-ons or just sit and read by the pool. Two of the evenings, we will have a group activity in the community, and the other nights, you can use Tamarindo as a backdrop for the life you want to live when you go back home.
The yoga & meditation retreat is a one-week container of self-reflection and journaling.
